第一次制作长图

在首页选择开始截屏，按提示打开系统录屏并选择 ScrollSnap；也可选择导入视频。
切换到要记录的页面，从内容起点开始，保持平稳、单方向滚动，避免突然跳转和大幅回滚。
到达末尾后停止录制，回到 ScrollSnap 等待处理。受保护内容可能无法录制。
检查成品的首尾、接缝和文字；有提示时先查看原因，必要时手动调整或重新录制。
确认后保存到相册或使用系统分享。生成到本地媒体库不等于已经保存到系统相册。

Choose Start Capture and select ScrollSnap in the system recording panel, or import a video.
Open the content and scroll steadily in one direction, keeping overlapping content. Avoid jumps and sudden reversals.
Stop at the end and return to ScrollSnap for processing. Protected content may not be recordable.
Check the beginning, end, seams and text. Review warnings and adjust or record again if necessary.
Save to Photos or use the system share sheet. The local media library and your Photos library are separate.

Help & troubleshooting

为什么生成失败或出现警告？Why did processing fail or show warnings?

滚动过快、内容重叠不足、重复图案、长时间停顿或动态内容可能影响拼接。警告不一定代表整张图片不可用，请检查对应问题及首尾完整性。无法补回的缺失内容需要重新录制；手动拼接不等于恢复未被录下的画面。

Fast scrolling, insufficient overlap, repeated patterns, long pauses and moving content can affect stitching. A warning does not necessarily make the entire result unusable. Check the result and its endpoints. Missing source content requires a new recording; manual stitching cannot recover unrecorded content.

接缝不准，如何修正？How do I adjust a seam?

打开长图，使用剪刀进入手动拼接，调整接缝两侧的显示范围，检查后保存。可用编辑方式取决于文件来源及是否保留拼接工程，普通导入图片不一定包含原始拼接片段。

Open the image and use the scissors tool to adjust the visible regions around joins. Available controls depend on the source and retained project data; an imported image may not contain original stitch segments.

网页截图为空或内容不完整？Why is a webpage capture blank or incomplete?

先确认网页已加载，必要时完成网页自身的登录。懒加载、无限滚动、浮动元素及网站限制可能影响完整性。网页访问需要联网；App 不绕过网站权限或内容保护。

Let the page load and sign in to the website if required. Lazy loading, infinite scrolling, floating elements and site restrictions may limit capture. Web access requires a connection. ScrollSnap does not bypass access controls or content protection.

保存失败或相册里找不到？Why is the image missing from Photos?

先检查 App 本地媒体库，再确认是否执行了保存到相册，并检查系统设置中的照片权限及设备剩余空间。超长图片可能超出其他应用的显示能力，可按提示选择兼容输出或分享文件。

Check the local library, then confirm that you saved to Photos. Check Photos permission and available storage. Very long images may exceed other apps' limits; use an offered compatible export option or share the file.

是否免费？为什么会出现广告？Is it free? Why are ads shown?

App 免费下载，部分功能使用赠送或激励广告获得的次数。具体可用次数和规则以操作时提示为准；不承诺无限免费导出或额度耗尽后仍可离线使用。广告可用性会随网络和广告供应变化。

The app is free to download. Some actions use a complimentary or rewarded-ad allowance. Check the in-app prompt for availability. Unlimited free exports and offline access after the allowance is exhausted are not promised. Ad availability varies.

图片和录屏会上传吗？Are my photos and recordings uploaded?

图片与视频处理在设备本机完成，不通过本应用的媒体处理流程上传素材。网页访问会连接对应网站；用户主动分享会交给所选服务处理。广告、统计等 SDK 可能处理设备、使用及技术数据，照片本地处理不等于没有任何数据收集。

Photo and video processing runs on your device; the media-processing flow does not upload your source files. Web browsing contacts the selected site, and sharing sends files to your chosen service. Advertising and analytics SDKs may process device, usage and technical data.
